It is not currently possible to login to the favourites portal and manage favourites. Favourites will still be accessible on devices. The issue is being investigated.
A fix has been deployed. All users worldwide can now login to the Favourites Portal again.
The issue has been identified with our European account login service. Customers in the US can login and use the portal.
